New letter from my lawyer

Yesterday I received a letter from my lawyer which was a court order about a ex parte motion to compel signed by the judge. She has 10 days to respond.
I called her Wednesday night and begged her to let me see my son and she said that I could in the state of Iowa and while she supervised. I asked on several occasions why she would not let me spend quality time with my son and she always regressed back to our inability to resolve our differences and how I had hurt her. I explained to her that "we" are not an issue anymore and that she needs to let it go and let me spend time with my son. She regressed again and said how much I had hurt her. I taped the whole conversation (unfortunately it only recorded her side - her voice) but, it allows me to go over in my thoughts her motivations why she will not let me spend quality time with my son so that I can get to know him better and he can get to know me.

I should do this more often

My lawyer says that I should really have a daily journal. I would like to add daily but finding the time to do so is just hard! Guess I'll just have to add it to the daily schedule.
We found out Friday that Florida retains jurisdiction on the case! That is a blessing. Although I knew that she wouldn't be able to change venue because of everything she had done in preparation for the move.
